Based on the Negative Movement of This Update Charact I think the reviews are thinner. Again, a simple paragraph isn't enough, it doesn't help much to reiterate what the manufacturer has already written, the lack of strong data and visuals makes me want more, etc. I know a lot of people reading this want to see some examples of great stuff comments. Again, my intention is not to criticize certain sites, nor to draw attention to the many that have exploded. That said, there is one site that produces some of the best review content on the web - Wirecutter. I'll give an example below to highlight some of the great things they've done in the comments. I fully understand that it is impossible for many sites to match or exceed what Wirecutter does, but it is a good idea to review their content to better understand how to create great reviewed content Provides a great structure for their reviews, full of insight
Wirecutter provides a great structure for their reviews, providing consumers with insightful, unique and valuable information to users Presented in a friendly manner, with clear affiliate information, author information, and more. Again, if you focus on comments, I'll spend some time there. For affiliate marketers, there's always a fine balance between being informative and getting users to Industry Email List click (so they can earn a commission). With many sites going down, member motivation is high...I feel like the pages are trying to get me to click in every way they can. The website has pictures, links, buttons, etc. I see, Affiliates want users to click on it. But as a user looking for a product, it can get very annoying. As I've said many times in a broad base update, "hell doesn't rage like despised users". Note that the image link can be a bit misleading as some users may think it will cause a larger image to be displayed. But in reality, these images drive them off the site to buy the product. For affected sites, you should read my article on changing from general

I don't work for Google. I don't have access to
I don't work for Google. I do not have permission to use the Google product review algorithm. I didn’t dress up as Paul Hall’s long-lost Uncle Homer and approach him on the street, trying to learn more about Google’s progress with the algorithm. ok i want to try it...but i haven't moved on yet. I'm not sure Paul would like a scenario like this... :) The conclusions below are based on a review of many sites affected by the latest update, based on my experience analyzing major algorithm updates over the course of my career, hearing directly from the owners of affected sites and multiple businesses (in different niche categories) that help focus on reviews. Product Review Update: Key Findings from the Front Lines Review Content: Most are complete, useful, detailed and balanced (with clear disclosures). When the update first rolled out, it was easy to assume that all negatively impacted sites would have minimal review articles, short, meaningless posts, etc. That's certainly been the case for some of the Industry Email List declining sites I've analyzed, but certainly not all. Not even close actually. After digging deeper, I found that many review articles are actually ok (not great, but not terrible either). Also, a couple of examples of incidental improvements...i.e. the site jumped up, not much to do with the comments. I'll talk more about this in a later post. Below, I will present key themes based on the updated analysis, Also provide a couple of examples I found (without disclosing the website and URL). My goal is not to "preclude" any particular company from dropping it in this update. From what I've found, I think you'll get a good idea of what I'm seeing in different niche categories. If you read Google's post on updating product reviews, it provides some questions that site owners might ask about the content of their own reviews. Google also linked its major update blog post with more questions for site owners to ask. These questions are designed to ensure that websites provide consumers with unique, original and in-depth review content.
